Your order
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order confirmation email shows we received it and is not our acceptance. We accept your order when we ship it.
Prices and taxes
Prices are in US dollars and equal each brand's own list price. They can change when the brand changes its price. You pay the price shown at checkout. Shipping and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
Payment
At checkout your card is only authorized. We charge it when your order ships.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order for free at any time before it ships. Email [email protected] with your order number. After it ships, see our returns page.
Delivery and risk
We deliver to addresses in the United States only. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the order is delivered.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. You keep the consumer protections of the state where you live.
