Returns
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery.
What can be returned
To be accepted, a return must be:
- Sent back within 30 days of delivery.
- Unused and in its original packaging.
- Complete, with all accessories that came with it.
Scooters and batteries
Scooters and batteries that have been opened or used can't be returned unless they are defective.
How to start a return
Contact us first so we can give you a return authorization. Email [email protected] with your order number and the item you want to return. Please don't send anything back before you have our authorization.
Return shipping
You pay for return shipping. If your item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, we cover it.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we refund the original payment method within 10 business days.
