Who we are
Deepblu Shop is operated by Blaris ApS (CVR DK41627328), Denmark. Blaris ApS is the data controller for the personal data described here, including under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we collect
- Order details: the items you buy and their prices.
- Contact details: your name, email address and any phone number you give us.
- Shipping details: your delivery address.
- Messages you send us, for example by email.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and we do not store card numbers.
Why we use it
- To take, ship and support your order.
- To take payment and prevent fraud.
- To answer your questions and handle returns and warranty claims.
- To keep the records the law requires.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed to deliver your order, with:
- Stripe, to process your payment.
- Shipping carriers, to deliver your order.
- Our email provider, to send order and support emails.
We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as accounting law requires, which is at least 5 years. Other data, such as support messages, is kept only as long as we need it.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Some order records we must keep by law. Email [email protected] and we will reply. If you are in the EU or EEA you can also complain to your data protection authority.
If you live in the United States, the same email address is how you ask about, correct or delete your data under the privacy laws of your state.
Cookies
The shop uses only the cookies it needs to work: your cart, your sign-in and a cache key. We do not use advertising cookies.
Marketing email
We do not send marketing email unless you have agreed to it.
