Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes. We ship to all 50 states at a flat rate: $15 per order to the lower 48 and $49 per order to Alaska and Hawaii.
Which addresses do you ship to?
Addresses in the United States only: all 50 states and Washington, DC.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 2 to 4 business days from a US warehouse. You get a tracking number by email.
Why do some scooter batteries ship by ground only?
Lithium batteries over 100 Wh can't travel by air freight, so they go by ground service. Items that ship by ground only can't be sent to Alaska or Hawaii.
Are your prices lower than the brand's?
No, and they're not higher either. We charge exactly what each brand charges on its own US website, so you can buy here without shopping around for a better deal.
When is my card charged?
At checkout your card is only authorized, not charged. We charge the card when your order ships. You get an order confirmation by email as soon as you place the order.
Why do you ask for my phone model?
Divevolk phone housings use a phone adapter. For some phones we need the exact model to send the right adapter, so the product page asks for it.
Do products come with a warranty?
Every product carries its maker's own warranty, and we help with the claim. See the warranty page.
How do returns work?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first for a return authorization. See the returns page.
