Description

The Divevolk SeaTouch 4 Max Plus is an underwater housing with a full touchscreen. It gives access to all phone functions, including the camera and third-party apps, at depths of up to 60 m (197 ft), with the touchscreen sensitive to 30 m (98 ft).

It fits a wide range of smartphones, including recent iPhones and most Android models, and accepts lenses, filters and other accessories. Choose your phone model when you order. If your phone is not listed, enter the full model name.

Items with a lithium battery over 100 Wh ship by ground to the lower 48 and DC only. At checkout your card is only authorized, not charged; we charge it when your order ships.

FAQ
Why is my phone stuck in the housing?
Divevolk says a thin plastic screen protector can stick to the membrane and a thick tempered-glass protector can jam the phone. Remove the protector before you install the phone.
Why did my screen turn off underwater?
On iPhone, turn on Raise to Wake. On Android, disable Mistouch Prevention and set the screen sleep time to Never. If Never is not offered, Divevolk suggests an app such as Keep Screen Awake or Wakey.
Can I use it with gloves?
Yes with wetsuit gloves. Most drysuit gloves are too insulating for direct touch, so Divevolk designed a finger cot for drysuit gloves.
Can I use it with a new phone later?
The housing uses a modular adapter, so for a new phone you buy a new adapter rather than a new housing.

A real touchscreen underwater

Instead of buttons, the SeaTouch 4 Max Plus uses a touch membrane, so you can use your phone's own screen at depth. The housing is waterproof to 60 m (197 ft) and the touchscreen stays sensitive to 30 m (98 ft). Divevolk tested the membrane to 100,000 touches. Full camera control, third-party photo apps, writing apps to talk to a buddy and fish identification apps all work. At the surface you can use GPS and make an emergency call.

Built around your phone

The housing takes phones up to 180 x 82.5 x 11.2 mm with a camera lens thickness up to 15 mm, and Divevolk supplies adapters for a range of iPhone models. For other models, tell us the full phone model when you order. A phone upgrade means a new adapter, not a new housing.

Room to add lenses and filters

An expansion clamp with a 67 mm lens adapter, a red filter, a wide-angle lens and a Bluetooth external shutter are available for the housing. The Ocean Kit bundles the housing with the clamp, filter, lens and a travel case.
